i would like to purchase north east corner site, there is connecting 3 roads men

Vastu Tips for the construction on north east corner plot:

1. Try to keep the north east neat and clean. 
2. Try to keep the floor lower on north east and higher on the other sides of the plot.
3. Please do not construct car parking, portico by extending the north east corner of the house.
4. There are things that has to be kept in mind while developing the sump. Please ensure the location before the digging in.  
5. Try to leave more open area on north and east sides. 
6. Try to have main door on the north east corner of the house
7. Any additional room such as security room, store room , garage, etc. should not be built on this corner
