is it nessesory to use lentel at 7 feet height above the bedroom door .can we keep hight 11 feet of the door and use granite instead of lenteland use fix glass for upper compartment/

S L Gupta (Civil Engg) Join date: Mar 2008	Dear Vikaram Yes you can do it. Lintel at 7' height is laid to take load above on it. As per design requirement one can fix door with ventilator up to the full height up to roof level.
