1. For rate of latest building construction materials, you should contact building material supplier at banglore who are in position to give latest rate of materials.

ssdsdsdDear Sir / Madam,
I am planning to buy a land an construct a marriage hall in Chennai. I would like to know the procedure to be adopted for this.
Kindly let me know what kind of approvals that I need to obtain, any no objection lettrs or so because the land that I am thinking of is in a residential area.. Do I need to convert the residential to commercial purpose zoned land ?
