The layout plan is excellent. Kindly help me with a plan for a plot size of 37 x 75 (2775 sq. feet) area. Its a corner plot with road on its two sides.I want to construct basement too and in the near future i plan to develop first & second floor too. It should fulfill following:
3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms having proper ventilation,no master bedroom, all bedrooms of equal size, provision of stairs from inside as well as outside, separate living room big in size, separate drawing room, modular kitchen with island facing dining room, store room,laundry room, no wastage of area with courtyard or shaft.

• Plumbing drawings which will include the network of laying of the pipes.
• Water supply and sanitary ware details.
• Bill of quantities for the whole work.
4. Structural Services:
This service will include the following:
• Structural drawings showing slab reinforcement details.
• Drawings for foundation of columns, walls and arrangement of steel bars in beams.
• Preparation of detail estimate for the whole building.
