Join date: Jan 2013 | The best direction for staircase and lift is south east but as your lift is in north east you should place a Crystal quartz in the north east to reduce the negativity.

Hi,
As per Vastu reduction of load in N/NE/E and addition in S/SW/W is always advisable.
Lift forms a hollow duct in the building that reduces the load in that particular zone. Also there is a Sump/Depression at the base level of the lift again this is a positive sign.
Other important factor, there should be a stair case adjacent to your Lift, which again is a load in that direction. So stair case forms a load balancer to the lift duct. So the laod in this zone is already balanced.
Other important factor is in what zone of the building is your Flat located and what zone is the lift located(Secondary Vastu). Then in what zone of the Plot your flat is located and what zone is the lift located (Primary Vastu). if it is an appartment, what floor you leave on.
These are multiple factors that one needs to understand before making any Decision.

i intend to buy a flat which is located in the N-E zone of the apartment and another flat is located in the S-E zone of the apartment, there is a lift in between the two flats. The lift is located in the S-W part of my flat. The stair case is located in the S-W part of another flat. Can I buy the flat which is having lift which is beside my master bedroom i.e., S-W part?
