Hi im varun from bangalore
I have property of 30×45 which is sout facing door and south facing plot im planning to buid g+3 actually one part of the plot is built g +2/1/2 ie 1st floor and in 2nd floor it has two rooms 10×12  wall to wall  what im planning now is ground floor 14×30 i need for parking and first floor single bed room house and in second floor i want.to join the room which is already built by demolishing the existing rooms annd build a all new 2 bed room house. Can u please give me some idea and my budget is 40 to 50 lacks.
