Hello...! Bharat, The labour cost depends on type of  construction ,different types are Residential (banglow,duplex,apartments etc),Commertial(shoping complex,showrooms etc.)....For Simple residential building  labour cost is about Rs.250 to Rs.350 per SqFt. for work up to plastering & flooring. For Finishing  i.e.wood work,painting,plumbing ,electrification interior etc you need more....regards

        The labor cost is related to many factors.
1. Type of construction i.e. either simple house or ban glow or how much floor in the building and public building or commercial building etc.
2. Specifications used in building, elevation of the building and in some cases height of building also co-related to the cost factor.
3. Area/ locality i.e. town or city also have different rates.
