Hi All, I have a 302.5 sq. yard plot in Jaipur and I am planning to construct an independent Duplex house there. My requirement is around 1400 sq. feet with ground plus 1. Ground floor should be around 1050 sq. feet with Master bedroom with attached bathroom+ guest/kids room, study, common bathroom, modular kitchen with dining, living area + den (entertainment area).
First floor will have 1 bedroom (10X10 sq. feet), store (5X10 sq. feet), small Bathroom (7X5 sq. feet), office with partition (8X20 sq. feet), small toilet (4X5 sq. feet) and open Terrace. I opt to have staircase to first floor from ground floor hall/kitchen or any convenient place. All rooms should be around 10.5 to 11 feet in height. Hall and den with POP falls ceiling. What will be the cost per square feet with good quality wood carpentry in the interiors, UPVC doors and windows on the exterior including compound wall and bore well. Can anyone provide me the total estimate for this requirement and suggest reputed building contractor to carry out the work? Amit
