Topic: new constuction help required

hello all i m having plot of 200 sq yard in delhi

& as per m.c.d rules in delhi 75% area can be covered & far is 300% plot size is 30 x 60

.i m looking to construct it with ground stilt parking & 4 floors for living. please let me know normal construction & other chargesin delhi it will be with 6 person lift.need advice from experts in architect & structural engg.

Ar. Manoj Ralen Join date: Feb 2008	Hi Gaurav, The first step should be to get the architectural plan done. You can choose a plan from the link below or hire an architect for a plan. The process should work as below. 1) You hire an architect firm to build a plan. 2) Based on the architect's plan, structure engineer would make structure drawings. 3) Structural drawings are done for earthquake safety and other measures. And on the basis of these drawing, your contractor would quote you to build the structure. If you get a quote without drawings in hand or if the contractor is offering to make architectural plan then it would lead to dispute late on or the structure recommended by the contractor may not be the best for the area.
