Topic: for new project

Hello Dear,

Area - Panchkula (HR)

I want to build a duplex villa with 3BHK, My Plot area is 30feet x 90feet, and my budget is 15Lac to 20Lac, is that posible?

Pleas help me, i am totaly confused. :(

S L Gupta (Civil Engg) Join date: Mar 2008	Dear Rohit, Your plot size is 30x 90 feet but built up area may be less as some space is to be left at front and back. For limited budget use moderate specification and one can proceed like that 1. Cover the total area with rcc slab. 2.Do not use costly specification for floor, wood work and p.h. work. 3. Finish internal floor wood according to your budget in part. With best wishes for your dream home.
