my plot size is 28x52... i want to make paying guest in that area.. in total i want 12 rooms with small washrooms and small kitchen sets.i want 3 floors with a big kitchen on the ground floor.. and 3 rooms and then 4 room set on the first floor and then 4 room set on the second floor and a big water tank and a room on the top floor... i don't want any cupboard in the rooms..no good quality flooring just the cheapest tile will do .. same n the case with bathroom fittings...kitchen just need kota stone shelves and cheap tile on the wall.. then snwcem paint everywhere in the whole house... the doors i can buy the old onesand angle grills...pillars may be needed for the building.. as it is in the closely ominated area..i just wanted to know the total cost of construction.. i want the building in the least possible expense as possible...

foundation need not to be that strong.. just as the normal foundation in a home....like normal pillarswith wall and then the lenter...in all i want to spend least amount on the building...

the elevationand specification also doesn't matter.. i want the simplest structure...i just wanted to know the approximate cost for the house..
