Join date: May 2015 | The approx built up area in 5000 sft land is approx 3500 sft as per bylaws.
If built up area is 3500 sft then floor super area approx 3800 sft.
If construct 4 story then 3800x4= 15200 sft.
Add parking area + terrace strucure it is 19000 sft aprox
Construction cost for 19000 sft is 220 to 280 lacs depend on specification and finishing used.

Join date: May 2014 | The area would be 3500 sq.ft. If you are covering 70% area and leaving 15% open area in backyard and in front. Total area would be 3500x4 = 14000 sq.ft. The total costing would be around 1.3 Cr to 1.4 Cr all inclusive in good material. | | |
