planning to construct a single storey house very close to the sea

 Topic: planning to construct a single storey house very close to the sea
i intend to construct a 900 sft 2bhk house made of laterite stone, not of rcc structure but self sustaining column structure , could anyone guide me as to the approx cost . the ceiling would be typical mangalore tiles. the estimator does not provide the cost values for this type of house.

         The cost of the house depends on drawing and design of the house, specification used in the construction, situation or place of construction as cost of raw material differ from place to place.
However for general work the cost may be from Rs 1100-00 to 1400-00 per square feet depend on the factor as given above.
