There are two factors that really play important role in planning these kind of plans 

1) Ventilation
2) Space utilization
3) Architecture should not be like train compartments.

There should be 2 to 3 open to sky spaces in between or leave rear and front setback for cross ventilation while planning the space. 

Please look at the following links, these are not in depth plots so there is no need to add OTS in the plans, but your plan will definitely require it:
