I am building a 2 storey house. I have a Main wall which is adjacent to an existing house and the ground floor roof will connect to the existing roof.
I can't plaster one side of the wall because there is only 30cm gap between existing house and new one , even though the roof will comes as single, is there any chance of seepage of water through the roof joint where we connect the existing house and new house.
I am concerned that
if rain comes will it result in seepage.
Is there any precautions for this.
