intend to get a residential house contructed.which is a better option? A prefabricated house or a normal brick and mortar house with RCC beam?

Hello.. Neelam, If you have your own plot and intend to get a residential house constructed, first get a good planning of house according to your requirements.construction with RCC Columns and Beams and infill brick work is better option than prefabricated one. regards...
