 Topic: What should be the column and beam thickness for 22 feet wide room Ground + 3 floors
Hi,
I want to know the size of the columns and beams for the following building.
Also thickness of the steel rods, depth of the foundation.
 - Ground + 3 Floors
 - The size of the site is 30 Feet X 40 Feet.
 - Distance between the columns between [North to South - 22 Feet]
 - Distance between the columns [East to West 10 Feet]

              You are constructing 4 story building and the span of beam is 22'. you also want foundation design. For so big structure to design foundation it necessary to have soil data i.e type of soil and its bearing capacity. It is advisable to contact structural engineer or contact to support@gharexpert.com  with detail plan of the building, kind of soil, loading of building i.e for what purpose the building to be used which helps the designer to calculate the load coming on the structure. The hit and trial method to save some little money some time to lead structure failure.
