how to avoid rain water seepage in 4 inch brick wall any suggestion?

Join date: May 2014		It should have plaster on both sides. 
Use the coating of Bitumen on the exterior unpainted face of the wall.
It will not give you any issue.
Please hire and experienced vendor for better results.
