to shut off water to house

 Topic: to shut off water to house
We had once the PRV replaced but now the problem is that we can't turn off the water to the house. I was told that this is caused by the 'ball valve'. 

How can I replace this valve and where is it located?

Dear Chris

 The position of ball valve is in different locations in the water supply of the house according to requirement. Ball valve is fixed at the point where supply is taken from the municipal water supply line. Ball valve is also fixed with over head water supply tank.

It is advisable that you may contact any good plumber for this problem.

One question though, did you have a chance to look at the outside photo I attached, showing the main gate water shutt-off?  C.
