How utilise the common space of 4 plots for 4 independent villas

 Topic: How utilise the common space of 4 plots for 4 independent villas
I want to make 4 independent villas for 2-3 BR in 4 allocated plots of 1100 sq ft each (file attached). What i can do is simply make 4 villas in 1100 sq ft.

My question is how best I can utilise the space if I want to combine and utilise the common space. Is anyone having idea that the 4 villas remain independent but can be combined to utilise common space to walk, sun, etc.

I am also enclosing a plan from this site itself for independent house on similar house. So what else can be done is my question?  All 4 plots in my possession.
