Sir,
Septic tank should be placed in such a way that it doesn’t face the directions like South-east, South-west and North-east. but if you don't have any option please consult with a vastu expert.

Hello Rupesh,
Any cut, water, depression in South East corner is a big "NO". South East corner is the corner of fire element, Due to septic tank, the fire element gets disturbed.
It is advisable to avoid doing remedies for this defect. It will aslo help if you can share the layout of your compound wall as well as building. Layout helps in minimizing assumptions Vastu Experts make.
