 Topic: want a appropriate map for ist floor extention
hello sir/mam

i am attaching my already constructed house plan..

i have a plot size of 30widthx50depth south facing.30widthx24depth is
available in front side  in back side 2 room,1 hall,1 lat bath and
stairs already made.now i want to make 2 room kitchen and 1 lat bath,
with proper ventilation and vastu.kindly guide me.

available depth of 24 including 3 feet extra floor apart from depth of plot.

I want exact sizes of your room to fit your hall in new position.
Also 
I wanted to ask whether it is permissible as per legal authorities to construct in your front open space.
