How we Calculate the Construction Cost

Example the Plot size 900 sqft & the Built area is also 900 sqft

       There are two types of estimate one is rough cost estimate and other is detail estimate. Rough cost is based on built area and detail is on the basis of plan, specification used.For rough cost see link below
