|  Topic: west facing land 1500 Sq.ft (30 x 50 feet) and build up area 850 sq.ft
Dear experts,
Pl. give me a layout and house plan and cost estimation for the following details (Featured floor plan: 5 floors):
1. Total land area with west facing = width: 30 ft, length = 50 ft. = 1500 Sq.ft
2. Ground floor Build up area = 900 sq.ft; 1st. portion = Hall -1,Bedroom-1,Kitchen - 1, Toilet- 1 2 nd portion = Hall-1, bedroom-1, Kitchen-1, toilet-1
2. 1st floor build up area = 900 sq.ft Floor plan = 2 BHK with storage room and pooja room.
Please send me the floor plan for above with cost estimation. Pl. help me rugent to my below mail ID.

1. Total land area with west facing = width: 38 ft, length = 52 ft. = 1976 Sq.ft
2. Ground floor ; Empty 2. 1st floor build up area = 1500 sq.ft Floor plan = 2 BHK with visitor room, hall, Kitchen, pooja room. Flouring will be Verticle tiles with Birla putty walls,
