 Topic: I am planning to purchase a plot in Cochin Corporation in Ernakulam Dist in Kera
I am planning to purchase a plot in Cochin Corporation in Ernakulam Dist in Kerala .Plot identified is having the size of 30 Ft Frontage and 71 ft depth.I want to know is it possible to construct a 3 bed room villa obeying all building rules of corporation??
