Dear Tiwari

    For flat renovation, first you should see all the structure thoughroly and repair where crack or some other defect are observed and curing the repaired  portion.check all the doors and windows and repair there defects. Replace any component such as door and windows or floor as per your requirement and taste. After it take the work of painting.
