I am living in very old house, what is the cost of Re construction of roofing (RCC with MS steel) 2 feet up from old roof

Hi Gupta Sir,

My House is 10 years old and my Existing Concrete roof in Hall area started to peel and pieces started to fall...We have contacted few engineers they told us to remove the existing concrete roof and relay the new one. The concrete roof size is 24x16 = 384Sq.ft in total. For removing and relaying how much will the total cost. Please provide the details..

Join date: Mar 2018		With MS Steel it would cost around Rs 250/- to Rs 300/- per sqft area.

          It will cost between Rs 80000-00 to 90000-00 including relay the slab including material and labor. But flooring or tiles on the roof is extra.
