What is stilt floor? whenare its advantages ? why all the builders are not constructing stilt floor

Hello Viren,

Mostly stilt floor means to ground level part of the building supported the structural columns done without any enclosure (not more than 2.5 mts.) and using for parking area for vehicles, scooters, cars, cycles etc.
