 Topic: position of pillars

Thanks SABINA Madam & GUPTA Ji for your comments. I enjoy this forum very much. actually I was out of station for some days. I have uploaded a rough plan for my plot. And submit some queries about this plan. Please help me.

  1)    What should be the actual numbers & dimension of pillars required for this plan

  2)     Whether position of pillars shown in plan are correct. If not, then what will be right position of pillars and distance between two pillars.

  3)    Position of septic tank is in the North-West corner of the plot. It is actually in front of the garrage as per plan AND the car will have to go over the septic tank. Will it hamper the tank by any means.

   4)    It is a G+2 foundation. and the 2nd floor plan is same as 1st fl plan. One of the pillars ( as in the 1st floor plan ) is absent . Will there be any problem regarding taking load of 2nd floor with the 14 Nos of pillars.

   5)    What will be the position of water storage tank.

The septic tank in the NW is ok.... the car passing on standing over it will not have any effect on it.

The overhead tank can be in the South, SW, West, NW
