 Topic: Construction of a House app 145 sq Yards (23*55)

Dear All

I want to construct a duplex House of 145 SQ YARDs (23*55) . I want 3 Bed room, Drawing/Dining, Kichen, store , Pooja room, a small gym & a swimming pool, 2 bathrooms.

It would be a medium quality house, Please suggest the map & cosntruction cost for this.
