I’m planning to construct a house in my 38’ x 34’ corner plot. Can any one please send me floor plan and exterior design? Thanks in advance Binoos Plot details Measurement – 38’ x 34’ North side – lay out main road West side – small road 38’ width side is facing on north 34’ length is facing on West side My requirement: Ground floor:- One big room for Beauty parlor + internal staircase to first floor hall Single BHK with car parking Out side staircase First floor 2 or 3 BHK house Ventilation: As this is a corner I hope I will have good ventilation.
