I think Indian traditions are science based, our forefathers made it tradition to adopt by people.you all know sun rises east in the morning,it moves towards southeast then gradually to south west when sunsets.so our people told to construct hall in north east portion where morning Sun rays sterilizes the floor and give you D-vitamin..This helps you to breath healthy air and observe D VITAMIN.In South East direction wind force will be less and bacteria in the kitchen will die which causes harmful effects. Due to low speed of wind velocity fire accidents will be come zero.Before going to the bed room the bedroom also got heated up by sun rays and the area will become sterilizedthen after sun setting it becomes cool ,so where you get good sleep.BY keeping the head on south side in cot the magnetic lines of force of earth will enter your head and comes out from your feet making a closed circuit, which is not disturbed or intersected by your body magnetic lines of force.so you cannot get disturbed sleep,only you will have sound sleep and refreshed mind.Having the children room in N.W or East side rooms for their study and sleep to wake up early by nature sun rise.

Hi Diana,
Master bedroom should be ideally the south-west room where the house-owner should stay. From your explanation, I think one of your children is staying in this portion. Please shift to this south-west room along with your husband and give your current room to your children.
Do this minor change and observe for a week or so. If things don't improve, consult Dr Chandrashekar Guruji by email (guruji@saralvaastu.com). For Rs 500/- (US $ 10), they will suggest minor changes which will rectify all your problems.
