Help required: House plan for 33 x 50 Sq ft North facing plot

 Topic: Help required: House plan for 33 x 50 Sq ft North facing plot
Dear Sir,

I am planning to construct a house for self use and for rental purpose. Please help me with a plan for constructing 3 BHK+store room+ 2 Bath+ Pooja room+ Car parking. in the ground floor and 1 and 2 bhk house in the the first floor for rental purpose.
The plot is north facing with road on the north side.
My plot measurement is as follows
North - 33 Sq ft
South - 33 Sq ft
East - 55 Sq ft
West - 50 Sq ft
north east is extended by 3 sq ft
South east is extended by 2 sq ft.
Please do the needful.
