estimate for 3 storey building in pune

 Topic: estimate for 3 storey building in pune
I wish to know approx estimate for 3 storey building in pune measuring 16.5*45 feetin plot measuring26.5*70. Also demolition cost esting stucture with comman wal which is not to be touched ?

Thanks a lot sir for estimator. However I didnt find alumnium sliding windows in it. also there are no details for verious vitrified tiles like anti skid, sizes 24x24,16x16,etc. My contractor is stating the rate at Rs.1050 to1100 per sq feet. It excluding demolition cost of standing stucture of 600sq feet which is 20 years old and bulit in load bearing stucture. demolition cost is stated by an other contractor is Rs.50000. My question is 1) Are these cost viable? 2) how much material from demolition stucture can be reused as buliding contractor said he will be using steel from old slab at plith level to strenghthen foundation?
