 Topic: Tips for going ahead with construction
Our site measures 40x60 feet. Is it possible to construct two units each in first and second floor for renting out and keep the ground floor vacant so that when  it is possible to move in there, a house can be constructed there in the ground floor for us to reside. Whether the ground can accommodate a 3 bed room unit with atleast 3 parking. Please suggest

           All the things depends on the proper planning. Planning should be done first.
