Topic: New House Plan and Construction

Dear GharExpert!
I wish to construct a small farm house in my farm in Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu. I have a very simple layout plan in my mind that should cost only a fraction of a normal RCC house.
Critical factors of the proposed Farm House are (a) Rubble Foundation (b) Use of Fly ash bricks for walls (c) Row House type design (e) Maximum use of alternative and low cost building materials (f) Minimum use of Steel and Concrete (g) Tiled Roof with a Kerala Style appearance.
Based on this simple layout plan to be provided by me, can you provide me complete house plans including 3D Elevation, Architectural & Structure, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, Door/Window/Woodwork, along with detailed cost estimates for the same?
Also, can you help identify a good Archeitect and Contractor in Tirunelveli district, Tamil Nadu, who can execute the project speedily at lowest cost?
I'd appreciate your speedy reply along with the charges for the same.
