Topic: waterproofing

Constructed a new house with 4.5inch wall , now I am facing problem ,when ever it rains all the outer walls get wet which lead to water patches inside house . Is there any solution to get rid of this problem , interior paint work is over.

Purvi Panchal Join date: Aug 2012	Dear Jai Prakash, please read the proble carefully, then suugest any solution. here walls are damp because they are very thin 4.5 inch. Dear Rishabh, you should paint walls from outside with a waterproof material. Like bitumin paint etc. thats why experts suggest for thick walls ( 8 or 9 inches) on the all outer side of building.
