24x60 west facing old home renovation Idea

 Topic: 24x60 west facing old home renovation Idea
I have recently purchased an old home and i want to renovate it in least budget. Attached herewith is the current plan of ground floor. This is a west facing home in a 5 ft narrow street. Big room and bramda is made of 13 inch thick walls. I want atleast 2 bedrooms with attached bathroom, Drawing Room, Lobby, New Kitchen Please suggest some modifications to get latest designs from the given measurements. Will be thankfull for your help.

            You should contact  any architect with your old plan and new requirement and tell what type of changes your required.
For customize you can can contact support@gharexpert.com with your old plan and requirement.
 As per budget depends upon the changes and specification to be used during construction.
