30x30 House Plan with 2 BHK with Dining

 Topic: 30x30 House Plan with 2 BHK with Dining
Hi I have a Plot size 30x30 , i would like to make a 2 BHK (Bedroom/Hall/Kitchen) with Good Ventilation option. in future want to make duplex too.

kindly help.
