A north-east facing plot is best for all type of constructions, whether a house or a business establishment. However, due care must be taken while deciding the construction of the interiors, i.e. rooms and placement of furniture etc.

The kitchen should be in the south east.

Layout and location for the Kitchen.

In diagonal plots, avoid location of the kitchen in the north quadrant. Having ill effects on the female members.

The doors and windows should be only in the positive zone of the room.
