Devidation of a unconstructed Plot according to Vastu

i want to know that what is the exact crieteria to devide a rectangular plot as per vastu with a square vastu as shown at this site. if i devide a plot according to you, i am not able to find that what shall i do with my blank area or out of vastu square. my plot size is 30 X 60 feet, East facing..
