Design for a pooja room

Hi,I have recently purchased an apartment in OMR, Chennai. The house is expected to be ready by Mid 2012.It's a 3 bedroom house with a L-shaped hall + Dining. As per the floor plan of the builder, we dont a have a separate pooja room. All I can think of is buy a wood pooja madam/temple kind of thing which we should have it somewhere near the Dining section area. I do not know if that would look go.
