vastu for septic tank

OUR CONTRACTOR HAS BUILT SEPTIC TANK IN SOUTH EAST DIRECTION AND OUR PLOT IS WEST FACE AND HOUSE IS IN NORTH FACE. AS PER VASTU SEPTIC TANK SHOULD BE IN NORTH WEST DIRECTION. BUT OUR CONTRACTOR SAYS SECOND OPTION IS SOUTH EAST ONLY. SO KINDLY GIVE ANY SUGGESTIONS IN THIS REGARD..

beam sizes

Sir,We have given contract for construction of our house and with regard to the same the ground floor slab is over. While calculating the actual sizes we have taken the beam sizes as 12" inches Height and 9" inches width which are visible. Where as the contractor is taking the sizes as 18" inches height and 9" inches width and he is calculating measurements in cubic feet. The difference of 6" inch.
