Labour Cost for Roof RCC work

Dear Guptha sirQuery on Labour Cost for Roof:- I have hired a small contractor (labour contract on sq. ft/cu.ft) for centring works for my two storied house in mangalore. The Contractor has now completed RCC for second floor Roof. The contractor’s quotation for second floor roof RCC  is Rs. 40.70 per sq. ft for 4 ½” thick , 10 ft height  . The size of Roof is  41.50 ft x 38.20 ft(.
