RCC Column

Rcc Column construction (250x300 with 6-12dia. rod) for 2storied residentiial building (around 85sq.ft.) was done as advised by one of my friend. Now I am worried that weather it is safe or not? if not please suggest the remedy. only ground floor superstructure has been construted. I will start construction of 1st floor by mid december. any safety measure needs to be taken during construction of .

Rcc Column construction (250x300 with 6-12dia. rod instead of 4-16dia.) for 2storied residentiial building (around 850sq.ft.) was done as advised by one of my friend (Civil Diploma). Column span 3mtr to 4.25mtr. Now I am worried that weather it is safe or not? if not please suggest the remedy. only ground floor superstructure has been construted. I will start construction of 1st floor by mid decem.
