Construction of First floor- approximate cost of super structure

Dear sir,I am going to start constuction of first floor of building with approx 2000 sqmtbuilt up area.The building is planned for upto 3 storied.in salt lake city,kolkataWhat would be approx cost per sq ft with following 1. Rcc pillars upto 10 ft high2. Rcc slabwith beams3. 10" Brick wall all around with plastering and Birla Putty interiors4. staircase upto roof with Mumty with Asbestos sheet5. A.
