I am interested in knowing the basic aspects of how to do a reconstruction of our 35 year old TNHB flats ( in Chennai ) with no cost to the existing 12 owners . Looking for experts who have done this and their experience good or bad to share and gain knowledge

1) Builder selection Norms

2) Cost or profit Sharing ratio

3) Time lines for various clearances needed

4) Cost of construction

5) Compensation of the rent to the present owners for the duration of 24 months

6) Agreement details to be entered into
