Inverter /solar line safety

Safety issues are not considered on inverter and solar power wiring. The ELCB is fitted in the power line and if any leakage happened it will trip and safety ensured but at same moment the inverter will automatically starts delivering supply, which also may cause shocks/burns on leakage !! There is no safety device in this line. I suggest one more ELCB in inverter line keeping the inverter  neutra.

where can i keep inverter battery in the house?

I plan to keep at first floor staircase exit area(to open terrace) .This place will be okay to keep solar battery also as there is restriction on length from solar panel to battery..

Porch and bedroom on top having 1.5 m cantilever

My first floor bedroom is on car porch and is constructed on two beams extended from a wall and has a pillar on each beam. The length of the beam/room is 4.5 meter from the wall and the pillar is at 3 meter from the wall. which means the 1.5 meter of the porch roof/bedroom is on cantilever from the pillars.The bed room has standard wall thickness of 24 cm and has a height of 3 meter.
