Pillar and beam size for my house plan

sir,i am planning to construct a house ground floor and 1st floor. please find the plan in attachment.17'x20' is the inside size of the ground floor. i want to know how many pillar required.do i need to run the beam in the middle ? (see green colour lines for beam)please give me your suggestion. .
