Difference between plot size area, built-up area, plinth area

Unable to understand the difference between plot size, built-up area, plinth area words in context of construction.For instance, If we have 32 by 70 (249 sq yds) plot and planning for ground plus 2 floors. ground half portion is leave for parking and remaining half for 1BHK portion and remaining 2 floors, each floor 2 x 1BHK portions.Assume 3ft from road open to sky.Then how to come with plot size.
